Senior HR Manager

Accountable for the administration and coordination of employee / labor relations, recruiting and staffing, benefits communication, compensation, legal / company compliance, training and community relations. Partners with and guides plant leadership team on critical HR initiatives. Drives best in class safety results by partnering with EHS on employee safety initiatives and training.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Engage and promote the company's values throughout the organization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in the development of the design of the organization according to the needs of the business and ensure its implementation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization: Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Performance Review, Talent Development, Succession planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drives organizational capability by understanding the plant KPIs; knowing the strengths and weakness of the team and is aware of external opportunities and threats, assessing talent and recommending effective development plans for all levels of team members.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain pay plan and benefits program.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the labor relations and lead the negotiations with the WC.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the engagement initiatives and nurture a positive working environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure the respect of the code of conduct.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develops annual operating plan (AOP) for HR; reviews monthly and meets AOP commitments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with the Regional or Global team to lead key HR activities/initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the Plant HR team.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven working experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing setting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience in providing HR support and advice to senior management on strategic initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent people management skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data.</p> </li> <li> <p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are advantageous.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.</p> </li> <li> <p>In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p> </li> </ul> <p>We are committed to the safety and health of our employees.
