Your Role:
EMD Electronics is seeking a Project Coordinator to work onsite at customer sites located in Santa Clara, CA. This is a challenging, hands-on, rewarding job opportunity for people who want to join a growing business.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of semiconductor gas and chemical equipment installation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the project management team and various stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in the identification of project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the project team in any additional tasks as required
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, etc.) or Life Science (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) discipline
- 2+ years Project Management or Project Coordinator experience in semiconductor, chemical and gas, or biotech industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in MAXIMO or related maintenance database systems
- Proficient in MS applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Solid understanding of semiconductor gas and chemical equipment installation processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
