Seasonal Team Lead

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 
 

• Champion daily workflow: Execute and adjust daily task assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Department Manager to ensure shift productivity and Fan promise goals are met
• Support and guide Athletes: Work side-by-side with warehouse associates to model best practices, boost morale, and reinforce safety and performance expectations
• Identify and remove barriers: Proactively troubleshoot problems, escalate issues when needed, and communicate solutions to leadership
• Own team readiness: Help orient and train new Rookies (new hires) and ensure they feel supported as they ramp into their roles
• Live the BOLD principles: Act as a cultural ambassador by building team spirit, pushing through challenges, and finding new ways to deliver results with passion and energy
• Maintain operational excellence: Use warehouse systems and tools to monitor task progress, accuracy, and quality in real-time
• Promote a safe and clean workplace: Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe, organized workspace

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 
 

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience (or demonstrated leadership capability in a high-volume setting)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead, coach, and engage team members
• Comfortable operating computerized scanning equipment and using basic PC programs
• Ability to supervise and support 25–30 Athletes during a shift
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain adaptable under pressure
• Physically able to:
  • Stand and walk for 8–10 hours/day (up to 10 miles per shift)
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally more)
  • Bend, reach, and perform other physical movements in a warehouse setting
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
