R&D Data Visualisation Analyst

What's on the Menu:

We are looking for an inspirational, experienced professional, who will play a strong role in driving the Transformation across R&D. The role is part of R&D Emerging Markets and Developed Markets and will report into the R&D Transformation Lead for EMDM.

The R&D Data Visualization Analyst is responsible for data visualization within R&D. This responsibility consists of 1) supporting R&D with data analysis and visualization; 2) maintaining the current portfolio of dashboards; 3) train and support as the key expert the wider R&D (digital) community. The analyst will partner with global R&D and R&D teams inside R&D EMDM and across the zones and users in other functions.

Specifically, the Analysts will be the main R&D EM&DM project in the migration from Tableau to PowerBI.

Key Ingredients:

• Translate R&D data requirements into data visualization
• Maintain current dashboard library
• Support users with R&D
• Provide explorer / starter trainings
• Provide governance / maintain structure / harmonize
• Develop standards / best practices

Recipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization
• Ability to translate user needs into dashboards
• Structured concise working method
• Good problem solving/analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong learning agility
• Experience with the CPG industry a plus
• Experience with PowerApps is a plus
• Keen interest in technical solutions.
