B2B Sales Associate

As a B2B Sales Associate, you will take ownership of our sales strategy and provide crucial support to your colleagues in operational tasks such as customer relationship management.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• You completed your university education with a strong focus on business, sales or a similar field
• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, including proactive outreach (e.g. cold calls)
• You really enjoy talking to different people
• You work very customer oriented and know how to make customers happy
• You want to take over responsibility and do not easily get frustrated from setbacks
• You are ambitious and enjoy supporting your team members
• You are fluent in German and English (Italian is a plus but not a must)

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• You take over the responsibility for all sales channels
• You develop new sales strategy to generate more leads
• You conduct proactive outreach via Cold Calls/ Cold Mails etc.
• You work on our online communication strategy and on (post-)sales B2B inquiries
• You conduct Feedback tasks (e.g. via Feedback Calls) to improve the sales process
• You work on new after sales strategies to improve the return process and customer happiness
• Together with your colleagues you support customers with after sales/ warranty issues
• You will join a small, motivated and dynamic team that works very independently and hands-on
