About the role
- Lead and manage the project team in the execution of cybersecurity projects
- Be responsible for customer support in cybersecurity projects and act as the main point of contact for our clients
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of all engineering projects
- Ensure that the right experts from relevant functions are selected for each project to guarantee successful service delivery
- Support the sales team in large projects, particularly in consulting and providing technical support before contract signing
- Actively contribute to the further development of existing services and take responsibility for quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Conduct internal training, especially for employees transitioning from the automotive industry to the OT/IT sector, with a focus on embedded systems
- University degree in Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification
- Many years of experience in the automotive industry or in industries with similar cybersecurity requirements, such as aerospace, medical technology, defense, etc.
- Expertise in automotive cybersecurity processes and engineering implementation, as well as knowledge in cybersecurity for complementary areas such as OT security, charging infrastructure, and software update management, is desirable
- Leadership experience and proven track record in leading teams, as well as experience in managing and overseeing project budgets
- Profound basic knowledge of ASPICE processes and their impact on cybersecurity
- Professional experience with ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089, and ISO 27001 or comparable standards such as IEC 62443 in the development of embedded systems is an advantage
- Business fluent in both German and English is mandatory
