Overall Purpose
This role is responsible for providing administration and support of the M365 environment used at Early Warning. The position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned system(s) and for the processes inside of the application to ensure that it remains current and serves the needs for Early Warning users. This role will organize and implement specific solutions and projects from a technical perspective.
Essential Functions
· Acts in an administrative capacity of the M365 application suite.
· Troubleshoots issues, providing expert level support, including but not limited to, prioritizing issues based on severity and impact. Resolves issues or identifies vendor escalations as needed. Owns issue until resolved.
· Investigates integration failures, performs root cause analysis, and supports plans to mitigate and prevent future issues.
· Provides application performance monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
· Works closely with internal partners to build and maintain M365 Business Process Configuration and Configurable Security
· Participates in cross functional project teams to maximize the M365 suite. Supports cross functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of M365 functionality and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Processes change requests supporting modifications to the application configuration.
· Researches, evaluates, and provides guidance in the selection of 3rd party applications or plug-ins where applicable.
· Analyzes existing processes to identify inefficiency and opportunities for improvement. Implements process improvements.
· Works with stakeholders to establish key metrics, KPIs and SLAs that are measurable and sustainable.
· Ensures successful installation and validation of vendor-provided upgrades and patches.
· Supports application road map and sets priorities in partnership with business.
· Maintains all internal documentation and work instructions related to M365.
· Supports the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
· Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
· 3 years or more of relevant experience in M365 administration with a strong understanding of M365 services and architecture including Azure.
