The Contract Manager/Paralegal will support Arcadia’s General Counsel/SVP, Corporate Development, in order to partner with cross-functional teams, such as sales, engineering and finance. This role is essential to the sustained growth of the company as Arcadia’s business model requires dedicating substantial resources to contracting and compliance activities.  

What You'll Be Doing

• The primary duties of this role will include preparing, negotiating and tracking contracts, such as vendor agreements, customer renewals and amendments, non-disclosure agreements, and a variety of other contracts essential to the business.
• In addition, this position will be responsible for the deployment and administration of a contract management system used to record, track and administer the Company’s agreements.

What You'll Bring

• The ideal candidate for this role would have prior experience in a similar role as a provider of a SAAS-based solution, preferably in HealthTech.
• Although supervised by and reporting to the company’s GC, Arcadia’s expectation is that the person in this role would be able to establish sufficient credibility with the company’s various stakeholders in order to work independently.
• While prior relevant experience in the HealthTech industry and with data privacy regulations  are “nice-to-haves”, drafting expertise and the willingness/ability to work in a fast-paced/dynamic environment are essential.

This position is responsible for following all Security policies and procedures in order to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship as well as Arcadia Intellectual Properties.  For any security-specific roles, the responsibilities would be further defined by the hiring manager.
