If you possess an unwavering eagerness to embark on a dynamic and enriching career path, this role is tailor-made for you.</p> <h2>What you'll get to do</h2> <p>As an e-Business Specialist, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage brand catalog, including titles, photos, descriptions, and A+ pages.</li> <li>Collaborate with external agency in developing compelling advertising content.</li> <li>Analyze Sell-In and Sell-Out data for informed decision-making.</li> <li>Make monthly forecast adjustments and effectively control expenses.</li> <li>Monitor performance and conduct profitability analysis.</li> <li>Implement promotional activities and optimize the portfolio.</li> <li>Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance evaluation.</li> <li>Create impactful presentations for internal and external business meetings.</li> <li>Organize valuable insights and learnings to develop a best practices playbook.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>As a Digital Specialist, you will:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Improve Benetton &amp; Shakira Perfumes presence on Amazon (EU, USA).</li> <li>Conduct an e-tailing audit of the brand presence in key markets (LATAM).</li> <li>Update the e-tailing guidelines for Benetton and Shakira Perfumes.</li> <li>Support markets in implementing e-tailing initiatives.</li> <li>Develop e-tailing assets with the agency (banners, comparison charts, etc.).</li> </ul> <h2>We'd love to meet you if you have</h2> <p>Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program.</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills and a passion for the industry.</li> <li>Sensibility and taste for beauty and fashion brands.</li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational /project management abilities.</li> <li>Previous experience with Amazon (Vendor or Seller) is highly valuable.</li> <li>Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field.</li> <li>Proficiency in Spanish and English.</li> <li>Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas (e.g., if statements, xlookup).</li> </ul> <h2>A few things you'll love about us</h2> <ul><li>An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture </li><li>A range of learning and development opportunities </li><li>An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow </li><li>A competitive compensation &amp; benefits package </li></ul>
