This is a full-time entry-level salaried position for an organized, motivated, outgoing, goal oriented, and mission focused individual to participate, assist, and lead in a variety of business and program operational elements for a small business. Intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn are essential to success in this role. You will work in a fast- paced and dynamic environment and know how to navigate an org to get things done, connect the dots to better equip others in their work, and learn where additional support is needed.
You take a positive, influential and motivational approach to working across all levels, from individual contributors to directors in supporting operations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
As part of a team assists or leads:
- Performing program control functions including spend planning, project performance, compiling and delivering required reports and financial deliverables to customers.
- Development of periodic EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
- Organize Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation.
- Performs workforce planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Monitors costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
- Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support.
- Preparation of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
- Integrates contract changes into the cost and performance baseline.
- Supports the develops cost projections, spend plans, and cost volumes supporting new proposals and extensions to existing contracts.
- Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure program contracts are within negotiated, agreed-upon parameters, government cost control guidelines.
- Execute and manage subcontractors to Radix to include creating RFPs, reviewing proposals, and negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Assists with the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized material goods and services, including Consultant services.
- Issues purchase orders and manages performance of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with all public law requirements as well as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations.
- Manage travel platform and assist in travel bookings and expense reporting while ensuring policy compliance.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all stakeholders, not limited to customers and internal functional groups (BD, Accounting, Program/Project Management, etc.), and coordinates as necessary for ongoing management and administration of program control and subcontract/procurement issues.
- Collaborate with members of all levels of the business to execute solutions and improvements that make others’ lives easier and our business more successful.
- Assists and provides backup with facility operations.
- Other ancillary tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Able to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI access issued by a U.S. Government Entity.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience PLUS a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline (will consider an additional 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
- Strong attention to detail and work quality.
- Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.
- Advanced PC skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel (i.e., working with pivot tables and vlookup/xlookup).
