Job Description – Provides administrative and technical support for daily publishing operations, reporting, audit documentation, and tracking activities. Assists with intake, editing, and Sponsor engagement.
Responsibilities – - Maintain trackers, audit files, logs, and reports.
- Support ALCOAST, directives, forms, and publication documentation.
- Conduct basic proofreading and content accuracy checks.
- Provide customer service to Sponsors and assist with correspondence.
- Update SharePoint and Power Apps fields accurately.
- Support Project Manager and key personnel with admin duties.
Qualifications – Required: High School diploma; 1 year customer service/admin experience; typing 35 WPM; strong English language skills; MS Office familiarity. Desired: Associate degree in IT, Admin, Military/Library Science, Homeland Security, English. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
