We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Lead (REMOTE) to join our team!  This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.  

 

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows.
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, providing guidance on best practices for core HR, compensation, benefits, talent management. 
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, managing project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication. 
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications for system configurations.
• Ability to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning ).
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client-specific business requirements. 
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and successful implementation. 
• Gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. 
• Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support production deployment activities. 
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Oracle HCM system after go-live. 
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations with other Oracle modules and third-party solutions. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Minimum 8+ years of experience In-depth functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Minimum 8+ years of expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following components:

• • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI)
  • HCM Extracts
  • Data Migrations
  • HCM Data Loader & HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
  • Fast Formulas  

 

 

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management experience
• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. 
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with diverse teams. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve application issues and support testing efforts.
