Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Assuming responsibility for the technical worldwide operation of our new “self checkout” solution and collaborating in an agile, interdisciplinary and international product team (product owner, feature owner, feature experts, QA analyst, developer)
- Supporting the national go-lives and the rollout of the “self checkout” solution
- Monitoring problems and incidents using dedicated reporting and developing strategies to optimise product stability, e.g. in the area of monitoring
- Coordinating the resolution of operational malfunctions/incidents, also in close cooperation with the Global Service Desk, the national departments and the product team
- Reporting to our stakeholders, e.g. in the event of major incidents
- Contributing your own creative ideas to ensure continuous product stability
- Overseeing the rollout of new product versions in our national business entities
- Ensuring compliance with product SLAs and providing appropriate reports
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Experience working as an incident or problem manager, support engineer or third-level support employee, ideally in an agile and international environment
- Agile mindset, persuasiveness, decisiveness and a competent communicator
- Strong ability to work well in a team, very good communication and analytical skills
- Initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
