Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Supply Chain Partner Ecosystem Intern

Location: Palo Alto. CA

Expected start date: May- October 2024

 

What you’ll do

This internship will support multiple key strategic initiatives:  DSC ISV/SAP Store; Partner Enablement; Partner Demand Generation; Global Strategic Partner Plan; DSC Newsletters; Build & Administration of the DSC SharePoint and WorkZone sites.

ISV Business: The internship position will provide support on the SAP Store, manage the pipeline, connect to DSC regional sales teams, support the preparation for PPWG, and support partner demand generation events and pipeline follow-up.
Partner Enablement: The intern will support the planning and execution of partner enablement activities globally.
Partner Demand Generation: You will maintain the global Partner Demand Generation Plan across all regions and support pipeline tracking, and follow-up.
Global Strategic Partner Plan: the intern will keep the global strategic partner plans updated, which consolidates input from all regions into a global plan.
DSC Newsletters: the intern supports the creation of the quarterly newsletter, consolidates regional input into a global newsletter, and supports the creation of the ISV business newsletter.
SharePoint and WorkZone sites: creation and administration of  DSC content on these sites.

 

Additionally, you will support:

• Support planning of Webinars, Partner Bootcamps DSC SharePoint, and WorkZone Sites.
• Migration from jam to WorkZone.
• Create structure, clean, and organize assets.
• Align content and links across with DSC Partner and DSC Sales sites.
• Work with 7 regional leads on partner plans, assets, and global documents from Sharepoint to WorkZone, and tracking post-event results.  

  ISV

• Update the Partner Packages tracker and links to partner assets Global Demand Generation Plan and Excel Tracker.

• Managing Store pipeline and opportunities, contacting partners on status, and connecting with DSC specialists.

•  Deliver promotional videos with partners and solution owners in DSC Monthly & Quarterly Newsletters.

• Collect input for newsletters and support the creation of the newsletters.

Who you are:

•    Project Management experience.

•    An academic degree/ educational background in Business Administration, Business Informatics. An MBA is a plus.
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•    Work with diverse team, multi-cultural, multi-language global team across global timezones.
•    Be able to multi-task and work on multiple deliverables and work streams.
•    Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills. You have a can-do mindset and are proactive, creative, and solution-oriented.
• True team player with the ability to influence and lead without authority.
• Advanced Excel Query, Power BI knowledge with proven experience in the past.
