Job Description

Join our corporate team as an Accounting Associate in St. Louis to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and income statement accounts relating to the corporate entities.
• Period-end accounting processes including consolidating entries and intercompany eliminations. This includes preparation of journal entries, supporting schedules, general ledger reconciliations and analysis.
• Assist in global consolidation of financial statements, including eliminations and foreign currency revaluations.
• Assist in maintaining and reviewing chart of accounts and mapping across subsidiaries to ensure consistency for financial reporting.
• Support and coordinate with regional finance/accounting teams within the United States, Canada Europe and New Zealand.
• Support the intercompany accounting and reconciliation process.
• Work with external/internal auditors in managing company requests.
• Other projects could include interaction with global shared services, OneStream financial reporting, and financial planning & analysis.

This position does have the ability to work a hybrid schedule, but must live in the St. Louis area.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred
• 1 to 2+ years of experience with accounting, audit, or finance
• Knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP general ledger system a plus
• Knowledge of US GAAP and risk and controls best practices
