You will report to the Senior Director, People Business Partner, Product Development and Manufacturing Solutions. This role can be based remote in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to establish plans and provide solutions to achieve strategic initiatives

• Develop a people strategy that is focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall performance.

• Support the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes

• Partner with senior leadership, lead initiatives to build an organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda

• Support People processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaderships' level of performance and capabilities meet our standards

• Provide thought partnership to leadership in planning the talent pipeline requirements following the function/business strategy

• Support and also lead specific projects defined by annual People Plans and participate in ongoing functional team initiatives

• Partner with HR leadership and Learning and Organization Development team to implement appropriate interventions

• Ensure a safe and open environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and appreciated. Ensure an understanding to our Culture Code (Values and Ways We Work)

• Ensure understanding of total rewards with performance

• Collaborate with multidiscipline our teams to support M&A activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 10+ years of HR experience (at least 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders with global teams)

• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations

• Experiences in High-tech industry

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,200 and $229,900. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $117,100 and $161,040. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
