You will report to the Senior Director, People Business Partner, Product Development and Manufacturing Solutions. This role can be based remote in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to establish plans and provide solutions to achieve strategic initiatives
Develop a people strategy that is focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall performance.
Support the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
Partner with senior leadership, lead initiatives to build an organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
Support People processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaderships' level of performance and capabilities meet our standards
Provide thought partnership to leadership in planning the talent pipeline requirements following the function/business strategy
Support and also lead specific projects defined by annual People Plans and participate in ongoing functional team initiatives
Partner with HR leadership and Learning and Organization Development team to implement appropriate interventions
Ensure a safe and open environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and appreciated. Ensure an understanding to our Culture Code (Values and Ways We Work)
Ensure understanding of total rewards with performance
Collaborate with multidiscipline our teams to support M&A activities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of HR experience (at least 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders with global teams)
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations
Experiences in High-tech industry

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,200 and $229,900. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $117,100 and $161,040. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
