FP&A Analyst, Instruments Division FP&A (Hybird - Part time)

What you will do
As a Part-Time FP&A Analyst you will be a key member of the Instruments Divisional FP&A team supporting our US Shared Divisional Functions (e.g. R&D, Finance, HR, etc.) and providing division level support to our business units. You will be working directly for the Divisional FP&A finance Sr. Manager, and general responsibilities will include the following:
Finance business partnership for the Instruments R&D functions
Drive accountability and accuracy in the Instruments R&D financial results and projections
Identify and implement key business process changes to improve the R&D projects sales forecasting
Develop monthly reporting for the R&D function that is both useful and insightful for R&D leadership
Assist the shared service function in its month end close process
Assist the Instruments compliance function with respect to account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews as necessary
Assist the Instruments FP&A function in developing reporting for month end reporting as needed
Key contributor in Division-wide FP&A projects (e.g. Headcount Reporting, Inventory Reporting, etc.)
Ad hoc requests from leadership as necessary
What you need
Bachelor's degree
You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office.
