JOB PURPOSE:
You will be the backbone of our global retail partnerships (Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Retail Alliances), ensuring seamless administrative support and execution of commercial agreements. Your role will involve managing key interfaces with major retail partners, coordinating global service agreements, and providing ad hoc support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for negotiation settlement and administrative topics (invoice differences, back margin differences, ways of working, country alignments)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will:
manage the administrative interface with Aldi and Lidl, following up with their HQs on commercial deals agreed between the negotiation teams
run all admin for the global services agreement with Carrefour, connecting with markets around the world and the CWT HQ in Geneva to ensure execution of our global services agreements
run all admin for the global services agreement with Buying Alliances, connecting with markets around the world and the BA HQ to ensure execution of our global services agreements
Preparing and participation in European Value Channel Days (Winning in Value Channel workshops and OOH Bootcamp)
On-boarding of new country NAM/KAM into the Lidl strict admin world, Supports building modules for on-boarding course
support team members ad hoc across focus areas
Organisation & capability building; Data Processing, Archiving and Controlling:
European agreement (i.e. Lidl Themes, European sku’s) logistic and implementation follow-up, guidance for the countries in successful project execution
Ownership for data archiving/management (offer sheets, technical data sheet and contract)
Masterfile (negotiation tool Excel based) owner (template based) with countries and ongoing update with BDM
Prepares Technical data (negotiation settlement template based) for Lidl together with BDM and countries.
Control and distribution of official data exchange with Lidl ( i.e. bank details, official address.. etc..)
Responsibility for information exchange platforms in the team and community (group share, mailing list, intranet site)
