• Promote Agile best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize deliverables.

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies to maintain team productivity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Stakeholder Management
