As Cprime shifts to a Tech & Tools-led strategy, we are looking for a Technical Engagement Manager that is well versed in the technology field. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to travel frequently. The ideal person will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing technical issues, and supporting business growth through effective service delivery. This individual will play a crucial role for our client(s), providing support throughout the presales, delivery, and post-delivery phases.

This individual will play a crucial role for our client(s), providing support throughout the presales, delivery, and post-delivery phases.
What you will do:
- Work closely with sales, solution design and practice teams to win new business by analyzing technical and business requirements, developing technology solutions, providing technical oversight and guidance for engagements, and delivering value through comprehensive solution strategies that address customer challenges across various service industries and enterprise clients
- Lead and support teams in servicing clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing project teams, and ensuring effective delivery by planning and estimating work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk mitigation, and overall program health
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to address issues, drive delivery of client outcomes, and recommend service/product upsell to develop current and future growth opportunities
- Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve business problems, contributing to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and resource growth.
- Collaborate with software and technology partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions
Qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years’ aiding sales and growing strategic accounts
- 5+ years’ experience in managing large-scale acco
