LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's in Fort Worth, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Utilize industry best practices, lean methodologies, and innovative techniques to drive operational excellence across all departments.
- Process Optimization: Ensure Line Engineers are implementing process improvement and optimization solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Manage team of line engineers using key performance metrics and data to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure implementation of data-driven solutions to drive measurable results and operational excellence.
- Change Management: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change throughout the organization. Act as a change agent, promoting a mindset of innovation, agility, and adaptability among employees at all levels.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to employees at all levels to build capabilities in lean principles, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies. Foster a culture of learning and development to empower employees to drive change and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for collaboration and synergy. Lead cross-functional improvement projects to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance against continuous improvement goals. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, achievements, and opportunities for improvement to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
- Long Term Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans to increase facility output and reduce costs

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operational excellence roles, preferably in the manufacturing or beverage packaging industry.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, six sigma principles, and other continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and change management skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
