Senior Signature Reduction Management Officer - G3X/G2X

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Signature Reduction Management Officer to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Responsibilities:

·         The Signature Reduction Management Officer shall provide highly qualified personnel to support the CI, HUMINT, and SR mission.

·         Services include CI, HUMINT, and SR analysis and support, collection management, intelligence management, signature and identity management, intelligence planning, technical planning, classified research, data analysis, and

technical writing.

·         Deliverables: OPSEC Standing Operating Plan, Strategic SR Information Reports, Plans, and Annexes, Strategic Annual SR Program Reviews and SR SOPs/TTPs, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment Report.

·         Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.

·         Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.

·         Experience interpreting policy and drafting Army and DoD level memorandums.

·         Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2)

·         Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.

·         Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.

Required qualifications/skills:

·         At a minimum, a Master's degree.

·         Certifications: BOSC; FOSS; APC

·         Military or Government Training/Education:

o    USG Intelligence MOS producing school or IC equivalent.

·         15 full-time years in a management or leadership position.
