You’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans through your expertise in Netsuite and Salesforce.

Job Description
As a Software Admin, you’ll take charge of managing and enhancing the company’s heavily customized Netsuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) systems. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless integration between these platforms and optimizing their performance to support rapid business growth. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your technical prowess to streamline operations, improve user experiences, and directly contribute to the company’s success. Your work will touch every aspect of the business, from sales and marketing to finance and operations, making this a high-impact position with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customized Netsuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) systems
  • Develop and maintain the integration between Netsuite and Salesforce
  • Perform ongoing customizations and enhancements to meet evolving business needs
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for both systems
  • Optimize system performance and user experience
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and customizations

Requirements
  • Proven experience with both Netsuite and Salesforce administration and development
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM concepts and best practices
  • Experience with system integrations, particularly between Netsuite and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Apex, SuiteScript)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English

Scope
  • Part-time role, 25 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM - 2PM Council Bluffs, IA
