Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Insurance Domain)

Location: Remote Job

Duration: Full Time

• Experience:
  • 3+ years’ solid experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, business and systems reviews, and working sessions to understand business and functional requirements and system design.
  • Proficient in work estimation, ROI estimation, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience in software development and implementation.
  • Working experience (2+ years) with UiPath or other RPA software tools and measuring their ROI would be a big plus.
  • Working knowledge of Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance would be a plus.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence would be a plus.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead, facilitate, and coach project and the RPA development team to determine the business requirements through interviews, observations, document analysis, workshops, storyboards, RACI matrices, workflow analysis, data flow analysis, shadowing, use cases, and other business process analysis tools and techniques.
  • Document clear, concise, and complete functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Use Property & Casualty insurance knowledge to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, roadmaps, and other appropriate channels.
  • Lead project teams and the RPA development team to deliver successfully through Agile ceremonies of backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint and release planning, sprint demos, sprint performance reviews, risk management planning, and retrospectives.
  • Guide the RPA development team to engage and inspire them for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the RPA teams across Crum & Foster divisions and Fairfax companies.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging process automation capabilities and matching to Commercial Lines opportunities.
  • Advocate and educate for the appropriate use of Robotics and other automation technologies
• Looking for technical and demonstrate experience on SDLC
