About the role
Rokt is seeking a dynamic and motivated Creative Operations Manager to join the Creative team. As a Creative Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in project managing, and executing creative campaigns, while owning the ideation and production of our client gifting program. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating memorable client experiences, upleveling creative work, creating efficient processes, and contributing to the success of a growing marketing team.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Client gifting
- Own the end-to-end production of our client gifting program, enhancing overall client experience while reporting on campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement, Client Success, and Business Development to execute timely and relevant gifts to clients who are celebrating milestones.
- Assist the Sales Enablement team in project managing and executing account based marketing campaigns.
- Manage shipments and scheduling deliveries for client gifting programs, and the events team.
- Maintain stock of up-to-date, on-brand swag, as well as high quality branded packaging materials.
- Assist the events team with sourcing, executing, and shipping swag and gifts for events.
Vendor management
- Source and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage contracts and agreements with external partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of preferred vendors across printers, photographers, videographers, and swag distributors.
- Provide detailed schedules to vendors and ensure external projects progress on-time.
Creative team support
- Act as a liaison between the creative team, stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Provide support in resource allocation for pre-production, production and postproduction.
- Prioritize daily and weekly creative requests.
- Create project plans and timelines for creative projects. Utilize checkpoints to keep projects and team members on track.
- Review incoming creative briefs to ensure goals and scope are clearly defined, and schedule project kick-offs as needed
- Assist the events team by coordinating with vendors to order printed materials, swag, and manage shipments for all events.
Budget maintenance
- Manage and oversee production budgets for client gifting and creative projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising creative excellence.
