You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, develop tailored strategies, and provide guidance on optimizing their marketing campaigns using data generated from the Klaviyo platform.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.</li> <li>Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and revenue growth.</li> <li>Develop customized marketing strategies that leverage the capabilities of the Klaviyo platform.</li> <li>Design comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on best practices for email and SMS marketing, segmentation, and personalization.</li> <li>Implement A/B testing and data analysis to refine campaign performance.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.</li> <li>Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to clients.</li> <li>Offer recommendations for optimization and campaign enhancement based on data insights.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.</li> <li>Deliver exceptional client experiences through clear communication and effective relationship-building.</li> <li>Transform workflows by putting AI at the centre, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, owned channels, digital marketing or related fields. Some brand/client side experience preferred.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation platforms.</li> <li>Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their role in data-driven marketing.</li> <li>Proven experience in developing and executing successful data-driven marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices and strategies.</li> <li>Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.</li> <li>Strong project management skills to oversee implementations and campaigns from start to finish.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving results.</li> <li>You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. </li> <li>Proficiency in other languages including German, French and/or Spanish a plus.</li> </ul><br/><p>We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. </p> <p>Your recruiter can provide more details about t
