The Security Special Services Team encompasses Anduril's Crisis Management, Threat Intelligence, Investigations, Travel Security, GSOC and Executive Protection Divisions. ABOUT THE JOB

The Executive Protection Administrative Specialist will provide essential administrative support to the Executive Protection team, focusing on travel coordination, calendar management, invoice audits, and overall logistical assistance. This role requires strong organizational, communication, data management, and teamwork skills, as the specialist will work closely with C-suite support staff to ensure seamless operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support travel coordination for executives and EP personnel, including itinerary planning and reservations.
  • Maintain and update EP team calendars to enable transparency and timely scheduling of appointments/ meetings.
  • Support invoice audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines. Once approved by EP Leadership, complete the invoice payment process.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for the Executive Protection team.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and databases related to travel and executive protection activities.
  • Facilitate communication between the Executive Protection team and C-suite support staff to streamline operations.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of security-related events and initiatives.
  • Develop contingency plans for unexpected changes in travel or security situations, coordinating logistics as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving administrative and logistical processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or security environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-level management.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
  • Knowledge of travel management software or tools.
US Salary Range$70,000$105,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
