This one doesn't.</p> <p>This is an 18 to 24 month leadership development program that leads to an operations leadership role in one of our last mile delivery locations, iconic car Vending Machines, or new car showrooms across the country.</p> <p>Even better than that, every six months you'll apply what you’ve learned through mentorship and coursework to get certified in a different part of how Carvana actually operates.</p> <p><strong>About the Opportunity:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Our Leadership Development Program starts where many Carvana leaders did, the Market Operations Customer Advocate role.
