What You'll Do:


Tap into your creative side like never before—your ideas and flair will shine!
Create new client leads and increase brand awareness through community outreach and professional relationships
Coordinate events, office celebrations, and special community gatherings
Develop and implement local marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
Manage social media and digital advertising strategies
Handle internal and external marketing, deliveries, and brand promotion
Maintain and follow a marketing budget
Travel between multiple office locations in North Fort Worth and surrounding areas
Represent our brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a personal touch



What We’re Looking For:


 Creative, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
 Marketing experience (preferably in healthcare, orthodontics, community outreach, or hospitality)
 Pro at Canva, Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong social media and digital marketing skills
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
 Self-driven, highly organized, and ready to take ownership
 Able to generate creative ideas and bring them to life
Strong sense of accountability and a desire for excellence
