Technical Program Manager Intern
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager Intern to support engineering teams across two focus areas: Engineering Technical Program Management and Engineering Operations Program Management. In this role, you’ll help plan, track, and execute cross-functional engineering programs while improving processes that keep teams running efficiently.
What you’ll do

• Support planning and execution of engineering programs and technical initiatives
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Help improve engineering operational processes, tooling, and reporting
• Communicate status updates and coordinate with engineering, product, and operations partners

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in technical program management, engineering operations, and systems thinking
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and cross-team collaboration

This internship offers hands-on exposure to how Arlo engineering programs are planned, executed, and continuously improved.

The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between USD $3,700 - $4,800/month.  However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience.
