About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the Loyalty Solutions team, with a specialized focus on the management and optimization of Credit Card Benefits. This role is critical to shaping the future of our customer experience, driving strategic transformation, and ensuring operational excellence across both internal and third-party delivery channels.
In this role, you will:
- Lead product discovery to optimize credit card benefits, features, and services across internal teams and third-party servicers
- Create, refine, and ensure successful delivery of features in alignment with the product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research, feasibility assessments, and performance analysis to inform benefit decisions and effectively prioritize new opportunities
- Evaluate and implement scalable architecture and digital solutions that enhance the Credit Card Benefits platform and streamline service delivery
- Simplify and modernize benefit offerings by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and differentiation within service models
- Deliver solutions that balance long-term needs with short-term value realization
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to resolve issues, align priorities, and achieve business goals
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on implementing innovative business solutions that are strategically focused and aligned with the Loyalty Reward Solutions vision in a strict risk management and control environment
- Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional efforts to build benefit capabilities, foster collaboration, and elevate team performance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and executing change through a product operating model
- Experience building and managing platforms that support both back-end functions and front-end customer experiences
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to create and define benefit delivery roadmaps and target state capabilities
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in marketing, credit card loyalty, insurance product management, or consumer lending
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- Required locations: Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; West Des Moines, IA. and NY

- Salary range is determined by location of the job and may be considered for a discretionary bonus.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
