The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Resource Manager with a strong background in human resources management and talent acquisition, preferably in government contracting or defense industry environments. This role will support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida, and is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) contract. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company staffing plan and pipeline to ensure optimal workforce allocation. 

  • Utilize Workday comprehensive recruitment management system to fulfill staffing needs for both CACI and our teaming partners. 

  • Lead and coordinate global recruiting engine efforts to attract top talent. 

  • Participate in transition-in activities to ensure smooth transfer of services to service providers. 

  • Support program kick-offs, meetings, and deliverables (such as the Project Management Plan) as directed. 

  • Apply expertise to multiple complex work assignments with considerable autonomy. 

  • Develop methodologies and present solutions to staffing and resource management challenges. 

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • US citizen with active Secret security clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management and talent acquisition

  • Thorough knowledge of workforce planning, staffing pipelines, and recruitment management systems. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead recruiting efforts and support program transitions in a government or military context. 

  • Proficiency in supporting complex program operations and deliverables for large-scale government contracts. 

  • Experience in developing innovative HR methodologies and solving multifaceted workforce challenges in defense-related projects. 

  • Strong background in government or defense sector HR practices, particularly those relevant to USSOUTHCOM or similar commands. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to work on complex assignments with minimal supervision in a high-security environment. 

Desired:

  • HR or Talent Acquisition experience in government contracting or defense industry environment
