Oracle’s product development organization has a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to drive the ecosystem strategy and results for our large and expanding Cloud HCM product line.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global alliance strategy from the HCM Product Development organization, including for System Integrators (SIs), advisory firms, and solution partners
- Align HCM alliance strategy and execution on ‘growing the pie’, expanding sales, ARR, satisfied customers, and customer adoption of the cloud solutions. Develop and track program objectives for major partners and partner types.
- Identify and engage the most influential Advisory practices. Define and execute plans to maximize their understanding of Oracle HCM, its benefits and differentiation.
- Define and execute plans to expand and promote a robust ecosystem of HCM partner solutions
- Represent HCM strategy, growth opportunities and extended outlook to leaders of partner firms
- Identify and track key contacts at relevant partners and our ongoing interactions with them
- Maintain a scorecard of strengths and opportunities for improvement for all key partners
- Coordinate across global and regional teams to promote HCM alliance objectives
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Oracle Cloud HCM product family
- Demonstrated ability to engage with legal resources for contract development
- Demonstrated ability to create business development plans with third parties
- Proven experience in developing and supporting go-to-market plans and related activities with partner organizations, including defining and enforcing rules of engagement
- Deep understanding of the HCM market overall, including competitive vendors
- Knowledge of the HCM & SaaS partner ecosystem, including SIs, advisory firms, and solution partners
- Experience successfully managing alliance partner relationships is a strong plus
- Experience selling, demoing, and/or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM products is highly desirable
- Experience working for a System Integrator and/or advisory firm associated with Oracle Cloud products is a plus

US: Hiring Range: from $130,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
