We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our hospital.

Our next team member must take pride in their work and be passionate about veterinary medicine.

Job duties and skills include:

• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Answer phones and take messages
• Schedule appointments according to reason for visit
• Efficiently process payments
• Maintain correspondence via email and phone calls
• Great communication with team members and clients
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
• Some weekends required
• Some holidays required

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Starting pay range $13-$1
