Pay Range: $78,222 - 102,666

Requirements

Experience/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role, with exposure to variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advance formulas [xlookup, sumifs, etc.], data analysis).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) or financial reporting software is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or the food sector is a plus
