Position Summary

The Sr. HRIS Analyst serves as a senior subject matter expert (SME) in HR Technology, responsible for the strategic administration, optimization, and evolution of enterprise HCM platforms. This role leads the integration of AI-enabled capabilities, advanced workforce analytics, and scalable reporting and dashboard solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across HR and the broader business.

Combining deep system administration expertise with strong analytical capabilities, this position drives data integrity, automation, and modern reporting frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and support enterprise HR strategy.

Scope & Impact

This role provides system administration support across HR technology platforms, including configuration, security, workflows, releases, and ongoing platform optimization. The role directly owns the analytics and reporting capabilities for HR technology, developing dashboards, insights, automation, and scalable reporting solutions that inform executive decision-making and strengthen data-driven HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead full lifecycle HCM system administration including configuration, security, workflows, and releases

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI-driven workflows and intelligent process improvements

  • Develop advanced workforce analytics and predictive insights

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions

  • Build automated, scalable reporting frameworks

  • Translate HR data into actionable insights and visualizations

  • Support end-to-end integrations, data flows, and interfaces across systems

  • Lead data validation, reconciliation, and quality improvements

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver system and analytics solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field or 7+ years HRIS/HCM experience

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HCM platforms (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)

  • Analytics and reporting experience

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, or large enterprise environments

  • Experience in HCM implementations or transformations

  • Exposure to AI-enabled HR analytics or workforce planning tools

  • Power BI or similar BI tools experience

Technical / Functional Competencies

  • HCM Platforms (e.g. Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

  • AI-enabled HR solutions

  • Workforce analytics, dashboarding and visualization
