Summary of Job Duties:

The Office of Engagement is dedicated to ensuring donors are stewarded, recognized and acknowledged in meaningful ways that communicate the impact of their philanthropic support across the University of Arkansas. The Office’s work inspires ongoing donor engagement to further the mission and goals of the Division of Advancement.

The Associate Director, Stewardship oversees the creation and coordination of acknowledgement letters, memorial and honor gift notifications, and drafting and sending additional leadership communications. The position works collaboratively with the Office of the Provost and colleges, schools, and units to update and account for endowed position holders, distinguished and university professors.

Reporting to the Director, Stewardship and Donor Relations, the Associate Director will provide valuable support for scholarship utilization, tracking and reporting, development of financial and impact reports, and campus-wide stewardship coordination.
