Assistant Fund Accounting

Job Purpose
DTOS Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fund Accountant to join our Fund Accounting team and assist senior accountants with fund accounting, financial reporting and administrative duties while gaining valuable industry experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management accounts and investor reports.
• Support NAV calculations and maintenance of accounting records.
• Maintain accurate client files and records.
• Assist with audit requests and statutory filings.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Respond to client and internal queries professionally.
• Support senior accountants with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
• Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
• Diploma or studies in Accounting, Finance or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Professionalism and reliability.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
