You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will establish clear plans to achieve operational targets, labor management, analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to changes in volume by adjusting building layout, equipment, shift schedules, and headcount plans. 
  • Directly manage a team of functional Managers (i.e., Outbound, Inbound, and Receiving) to inspire and develop team members to instill our culture within each individual, while they strive to achieve daily departmental goals. 
  • Manage total building labor planning to meet weekly goals through accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • You will partner cross-functionally to run an effective operation, dedicating a significant portion of your time to impact on the internal operations of the building.
  • You will work with the team to identify gaps and align proposed solutions with organizational business goals, ensuring that all enhancements to policies or processes support Stitch Fix’s holistic goals. 
  • Establish a strong connection between your team and the building's vision, bringing a focus and intentionality to the successful delivery of projects and priorities at the building-wide with a focus on people, safety, quality, service, and cost.
  • You will provide high-quality feedback to develop, communicate, and manage performance expectations. 
  • You will have the responsibility to continuously evaluate and improve overall warehouse performance to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. 

We’re excited about you because...

  • Required qualifications for this role include having over 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume, client-centric environment, such as big box retailers, hospitality, manufacturing, or warehouse/fulfillment centers
  • You should have a proven track record of successfully leading in-person large teams of 200+ employees, with at least 5 years of experience leading other people managers.
  • This is a fully in office role located in the greater Atlanta area and you must be able to report to the Lithia Springs, GA warehouse on a daily basis.
  • You have extensive project management experience, including the ability to establish clear plans, adapt to changes, and manage resources effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, navigating through changing targets and ambiguity while inspiring and leading teams to embrace change
  • You are a solutions-oriented, visionary leader who can set clear goals and inspire your team to achieve them.
  • You have very strong communication skills and have experience using a variety of vehicles to effectively communicate with different audiences and levels. 
  • You effectively identify complex problems, partner with appropriate teams, and create a plan, implement, and evaluate results for the continuous improvement of the organization. 
  • You excel at providing high-quality feedback and have experience developing, communicating, and managing performance expectations.
  • You generate creative solutions by considering a wide range of perspectives including other stakeholders, industry benchmarks, and best practices that will impact your facility and the network. 
  • Your client and employee-centric approach allows you to balance goal attainment and employee engagement while aligning with the company's vision and values.
  • You can navigate conflict and make timely decisions, leveraging your analytical and data-driven mindset to understand the financial and strategic implications of building activities.
  • Being skilled in managing large teams through changing targets and ambiguity, you effortlessly inspire and lead others to embrace change. 
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
