Summary

We are currently seeking a Clinician III (LE)to join our Adult Outpatient Program. This position provides clinical services to adults experiencing serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders and helps individuals access the services, supports, and resources needed to address their behavioral health and basic needs.
.Examples of duties
Job Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and families.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic services.
- Develop recovery-oriented, individualized service plans in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Monitor individuals' progress, service delivery, physical and mental stability, and satisfaction with services.
- Coordinate and connect individuals with appropriate community resources, services, and supports.
- Provide services that promote recovery, independence, stability, and improved quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on program and client needs.
Supplemental information
Skills and Qualifications- Knowledge and experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Proficiency in individual, family, and group counseling techniques.
- Knowledge of family systems and motivational interviewing.
- Ability to develop comprehensive, recovery-oriented treatment and service plans.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the use of clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and outcome measures relevant to the population served.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, treatment teams, and community providers.
- At least one year of work experience with individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Master’s Degree in a human services field required
- Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work required
