Your role in our mission
Product Monitoring / Strategy
- Supports the identification of Pharmacy Solutions product opportunities providing research and compilation o market trends and other continuous feedback for review with the Product Manager.
- Evaluates existing process performance and recommends and implements improvements.
- Assists in the analysis of opportunities and development of concept documentation including high level business requirements.
- Coordinates review and feedback of concepts with key stakeholders and updates documents as required.
- Supports the development and maintenance of Pharmacy Solutions product roadmaps by documenting and updating materials and systems as required.
Product Development and Enhancement
- Supports the development of detailed business requirements using standard tools and processes.
- Provides expertise in how business requirements reflect needed capabilities and serves as an initial point of contact for stakeholders in executing product development and enhancement roadmap priorities.
- Interacts with technical and operational resources to address development problems and achieve outcomes.
- Updates product roadmap based on situational awareness of the business scenario ensuring that both client and company business objectives are met.
- As needed participates in the governance for evaluating, tracking and reporting product development and enhancement process.
Product Sales / GTM Support
- Coordinates the development and maintenance of product marketing materials following standard process and tools.
- Supports the coordination of RFP documentation maintenance by engaging appropriate product SMEs to support review.
- Assists in the creation of materials to support client / prospect demonstrations and discussions.
Other Administrative
- Serves as a mentor to team members in the development of business analysis deliverables. Provides guidance and direction in support of business solution architecture enabling cross-functional teams to work in parallel.
- Uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.
What we're looking for
- 9+ experience in Product Management, Product Development, or as a Product Analyst, preferably in a transactional industry or healthcare-related environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps tools is preferred.
- Background in Public Health Care (Medicaid preferred) and Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), or similar domains is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to manage requirements, collaborate with subject matter experts, and translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
- Expertise in business process modeling, financial analysis, and client-focused solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
