Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Deliverables

 

1. Good knowledge on ECAD Wiring Harness routing in Catia V5
2. Hands on in Creation of 3D Part Models, Electrification of connectors, supports and channels,   maintenance of Electrical Library
3. Hands on in creating installation and fitment drawing
4. Good knowledge on conducting DMU, DFA/S analysis done as per interface Matrix etc.
5. Preparing BOM, spec, conduction of peer-peer reviews
6. Knowledge on harness component selection such as retainers, cable sizing & protection, grommets etc
7. Vehicle build support, Fitment Trails and issues resolution.
8. Supplier & Cross functional team handling for all E&E interface and development activities.
9. Benchmarking & Generation of VAVE ideas for better product performance,quality,cost & weight.
10. Good communication, negotiation skills
11. Participate in VA / VE exercise & analysis for solution

 

Competencies

 

• Expertise in ECAD Software: CATIA V5, TC Visulaization
• PLM Software: TeamCenter
• Process: DMU, DFA/S, DFM, 8D
• Knowledge of Generative workflow CATIA - CHS will be added advantage
