Job Description
The Role
The role is a senior level position in Jobsdb Thailand reporting to the Senior Business Partner Emerging Market within SEEK People and Culture Team. The role encompasses a strong end to end business partnering, employee and industrial relations, employee development and engagement strategies that fosters a positive workplace culture.
As the Trusted Advisor of all people matter to the Executive Leadership Team and of Jobsdb Thailand team, the role requires commercial acumen, partner management and critical thinking that support business priorities. The incumbent works closely with People of Culture team members within Asia and Asia Pacific across SEEK.
- Manage employee and industrial relations matters, provide vital education and coaching to employee and team leaders to navigate the process
- Lead all aspects of all compliance and governance requirements relating to people matters to ensure risks are optimally handled
- Formulate and deliver initiatives from people, culture or HR perspective that supports business strategy and priorities in collaboration with Commercial Leadership Team
- Provides advisory support and mentoring to employees and managers in all aspects of HR management hire to retire
- Implement change programs and deliver effective internal communication on key events
- Drive constant improvement and delivery of people programs and HR processes, policies and practices which includes development and retention, annual performance management, compensation and benefits review, learning and development activities, organisational design support, employee engagement programs and organisation wide communication
- Collaborate closely with teams in People & Culture to deliver programs either on a regional or country level
Qualifications
The successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, social sciences, science or engineering
- 8 years or more of relevant experience in HR across a range of functions in sizable and international companies within a fast-paced sector
- At least 3 years of industrial relations and HR Operations experience
- Demonstrable track record in implementing and driving dynamic HR programs based on analytical data
- Familiarity with HRIS, preferably have used Workday or Success Factors
- Ease in communicating proposals and solutions that are data driven
- Excellent social skills with good communication skill and written English
- Continue to focus on customers' needs when engaging with different partners
- Able to work independently and cope with ambiguity
