We add value by delivering great customer experience of advanced liquidity products such as cash pools, sweeping and reporting services.</p> <p>Our technology stack includes, but is not limited to: Java, Spring Boot, OpenJDK, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, REST APIs, IBM mainframe.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Test Manager able to lead the quality assurance efforts in high priority project.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Leading the whole testing effort in scrum teams</li> <li>Coordinate tests execution between teams</li> <li>Ensuring that all required types and levels of testing are planned, implemented, executed and reported in accordance with Nordea Test Strategy</li> <li>Driving continuous improvement and introduction of best practices, ensuring the availability of test environment and test data, understanding and addressing testing skill gaps as well as coaching and helping team members to ensure agility and best quality</li> <li>Communicating with stakeholders on regular basis</li> <li>Giving Input on test approach, strategy and tools</li> <li>Supporting teams in hands-on test execution</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Who you are</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the right role for you if you have:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years professional experience as Test Manager leading QA specialists in high priority projects</li> <li>Experience in testing frontend and backend solutions</li> <li>Good analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li>Experience in Agile ways of working</li> <li>Great communication skills (English is a must)</li> <li>Knowledge of JIRA issue tracking tool</li> <li>ISTQB certification (preferred ISTQB Test Manager)</li> <li>Experience with test automation</li> <li>Positive attitude</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>It would be ideal if you also have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SAFe methodology</li> <li>Experience with banking industry</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> If this sounds like you, get in touch!</p> <p> </p> <p>Next steps</p> <p> </p> <p>Submit your application no later than 01/04/2024. <br/> <br/> At Nordea, we know that an inclusive workplace is a sustainable workplace.
