About The Opportunity

The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor is responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role supports continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending corrective actions, and verifying implementation.

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines

• Monitor and complete start-up inspection of sample pallet

• Ensure hourly inspection of production lines

• Independently or with minimum supervision write routine reports, correspondence and prepare various levels of documents and reports; complete required documentation correctly and thoroughly

• Follow, train, and enforce company processes and procedures

• Participate in and/or facilitate internal/external audits

• Responsible for releasing finished production including verification of all document completeness

• Create labels and distribute all printed labels to the appropriate line leads, as required

• Maintain cycle counts daily and ensure all the counts are completed

• Support investigations to determine possible reason for variances

• Manage the transfer of variances from weekly reports to SAP variances sheet along with investigations

• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

Education & Experience

• High School diploma preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with individuals associated with subject matter, as well as communicate findings to other quality representatives

• Accustomed to working under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail orientated tasks

• Detail and accuracy orientated

• Common sense understanding and ability to communicate accurately to carry out detailed instructions both oral and written

• Analyze information gathered in order to maintain accurate and detailed records using both computerized and manual means

• Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

• Great verbal and written communications skills

• Work independently or with minimum supervision write routine reports, correspondence and prepare various levels of documents and reports

• Establish and maintain very effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Primarily works in a warehouse setting

• Walking, standing, lifting & bending as needed
