Assurance Wireless Team Lead - Independent Contractor

Kci wireless is looking for experienced lifeline/acp leaders who are responsible for recruiting and training lifeline/acp agents to enroll eligible customers. This is a 1099 contract role which is 100% commission based.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated team lead. Kci wireless is a master dealer for assurance wireless. We offer free phones with data to qualifying low-income households through lifeline & acp. Services are free for those who qualify through government programs such as food stamps and medicaid. This position is responsible for growth in their designated area through hiring agents, working with community partners, and managing locations.

What you’ll do:

• Hire & train your own sales agents in your dedicated area
• Source high traffic areas and secure partnerships for events and pop-ups
• Manage & distribute inventory for your team
• Understand compliance regulations & qualification requirements
• Manage your team’s performance

Requirements

• Ability to create and execute a plan 
• Communication with corporate office 
• Success in meeting & exceeding goals 
• Must have previous lifeline/acp experience leading a team 
• Valid driver's license required
