Lincoln Tech is looking for Refrigeration Technicians to train the next generation of technicians in our partnership with The Container Maintenance Corp. If you’ve worked on refrigerated containers or trailers and like helping others learn, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do:

• Hands-on teaching of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
• Show students real-world fixes & best practices
• Keep equipment and labs safe and running
• Guide students and track progress

Who Fits:

• Experience with transport/commercial refrigeration
• Knowledge of compressors, evaporators, condensers, controls
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Good communicator, willing to mentor

Must-Haves:

• EPA 608 Certification
• Ability to get a TWIC card
• Travel up to 50%

Bonus Points:

• Experience across both containers & trailers
• Diesel-powered reefers
• Welding, IICL, FMCSA certifications
• Generator Units
