Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

<h4><strong>About the team</strong></h4> <p>Business Technology Team is responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the internal organization's ecosystem. We are focusing on efficiency for providing the best experience to Miro business teams, such as Sales, Customer support. Our major bets are the automation and improvements of internal command processes, assurance of data flow consistency in third-party tools (Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zendesk), and building a trusty and reliable internal administration platform for accessing production data.</p> <h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p>As a Backend Engineer, you will work at the intersection of highly complicated business logic areas with with Business Driving teams - Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams' goals. We expect you to have strong software engineering experience, readiness to inspire change and experiment in search of the most proficient possible solution, an understanding of how to work with big loads and be able to scale it, and, most importantly, to deliver incredible value to the business with the passion to deal with fast feedback.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design and implement scalable and high-performing solutions</li> <li>Identify harmonies between software components and improve the efficiency of development and code maintenance</li> <li>Keep the product vision and the engineering strategy in mind while working on details</li> <li>Identify multi-functional partners and collaborate with them</li> <li>Help to build flexible, future-proof solutions</li> <li>Continuously improve our agile development process</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h4> <ul> <li>8+ years of backend developing experience.
