The Program Manager of Behavioral Health Pharmacy Advocate (BHPA) Program leads all activity for the implementation of the BHPA. The incumbent will contribute significantly to pharmacist, pharmacy student, and pharmacy technician enrollment, and manage the participants in the program. In this role, the program manager will be the main support contact with pharmacies, accrediting agencies, and enrollees throughout the cycle of the program.The Behavioral Health Pharmacy Advocates (BHPA) program is a 14 hour ACPE approved educational activity designed for all pharmacy personnel addressing the critical knowledge gap regarding behavioral health and substance use disorders. Consisting of a 9.5 hour asynchronous and a 4.5 hour synchronous activities, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and interns participating in the program will learn actionable strategies to implement in their daily practice, positioning them as essential partners in the multidisciplinary approach to behavioral health care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to planning, coordinating, and supporting activities with the program team.
With the Program Director, manage the primary day-to-day contact for BHPA participants and their pharmacies.
Coordinate all participant satisfaction surveys, outcome measures and research endeavors and evaluate the results of these surveys to improve upcoming program delivery.
In collaboration with Program Director, ensure that communication plans and email campaigns accurately demonstrate programmatic offerings and enrollee support.
Work with the University accounts payable office to assure timely payment of all required invoices.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the funder in a timely manner.
Lead marketing efforts for recruitment and program scaling
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with analyzing data and best practices to inform program planning, service delivery, and decision- making.
Support and collaborate on special projects with team members in support of the BHPA program

Minimum Qualifications
Required
Masters degree, preferably in Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Demonstrated success with providing exceptional high-level customer service
Demonstrated experience being adaptable, patient, and a self-starter
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and desire to work with diverse student groups
Proficiency in the use of computer applications for communication, presentations, graphic design, and reporting/writing/mail merging.
Must have experience and competency with Microsoft Office, and excellent skills in PowerPoint
Experience managing relationships and working with a variety of stakeholders to accomplish a common goal.
Has negotiation and influence skills
Able to receive assignments in the form of high-level detailed goals to meet independently developed objectives
Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of Saint Joseph’s University
Preferred
MPH, MBA, M.S. or PharmD.
Project Management Profession (PMP) certification
Previous professional experience working with continued education programs
Proficiency in the use of computer applications for data management, data reporting, mail and budget review/analysis.
