Responsibilities
Establish and enhance cross-border and local-to-local logistics customer service processes and develop and refine logistics rules and regulations on the platform.
Standardize logistics service Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve efficiency and implement logistics exception handling to identify and mitigate business risks and loopholes.
Collaborate on product construction and dashboard development to monitor, analyze, and improve logistics performance.
Provide better products and delivery experiences while optimizing delivery costs.
Strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities to enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Resolve disputes and address emergencies to ensure a positive client-server experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Data Analytics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate work plans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes;
Building and managing user feedback loops, including triaging, quantifying, and prioritizing user pain points, usability issues, or feature requests;
Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar business intelligence tools to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders;
Developing metrics and key performance indicators, including cost and supply chain operational targets, to measure and improve procurement and/or supply chain performance; and
Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, to generate business insights and inform future strategy.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and International travel required up to 20%.

Salary Range: $121600 - $232644 per year
